SHIPPING POLICY

All Dripcasso products are made to order and produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing & Production
Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once an order has been approved and sent to production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Timeframes
After production is complete, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States (mainland): 3–8 business days
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days

Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays
Dripcasso is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Dripcasso is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Dripcasso is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
