RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Dripcasso, all items are made to order. Returns are only accepted for defects or order errors reported within 7 days of delivery.

Order errors refer to mistakes made during production or fulfillment, such as receiving the wrong item, size, or color, or a product that is misprinted or defective. They do not include issues related to sizing preferences, color variations, shipping delays, or incorrect information provided at checkout.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or general preference.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, don’t stress — we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dripcasso.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


RETURN CONDITIONS (IF APPROVED)

Returns are not accepted without prior approval. If a return is authorized, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition with no alterations
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions above, as determined by Dripcasso or its representatives upon inspection, the return will be denied. The customer is then responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If return shipping is not paid, Dripcasso will make a reasonable attempt to notify the customer. Return shipping costs are calculated based on the customer’s location and will be communicated at the time of notification. If return shipping is not paid within 14 days of notification, the item may be disposed of without refund or replacement, as we are unable to store unclaimed returns indefinitely.


CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed and are subject to review.

Once an order has been approved and sent to production, it cannot be canceled or modified.


SHIPPING ISSUES

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Dripcasso is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Dripcasso is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
