Refund policy
Every Dripcasso™ item is made to order specifically for you.
We stand behind the quality of every order, from the blank canvas to the finished piece. If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error, we’ll make it right.
Please review the policy below for information regarding replacements, returns, sizing, shipping issues, and order cancellations.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
- A photo of the entire item when possible
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. In situations where a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, a refund may be issued.
There is no need to return a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item unless we specifically ask you to do so.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will review the tracking information and work with our partner(s) and shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier may require additional investigation and are not automatically considered lost.
Sizing & Buyer's Remorse
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Selecting the wrong color or product
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Preference regarding fit or style
Please review the size guide and product details provided on the product page before placing your order.
If you receive a size, color, or product different from what you ordered, that is considered a fulfillment error and will be covered under the damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item policy above.
Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or considered undeliverable by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not claimed or accepted and are subsequently returned to our fulfillment facility may require an additional shipping charge to be sent again.
The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship an unclaimed order.
Returned packages are only held for a limited period of time. Please contact us promptly if you believe your package has been returned to sender.
Returns
Please contact Dripcasso™ before returning or mailing any product.
The return address shown on your packing slip may belong to the fulfillment facility that produced your order. Its appearance on the packing slip does not mean that products may be returned there for a refund or exchange without prior authorization.
Do not send an item to the return address unless instructed to do so by Dripcasso™. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or reshipment.
Cancellations
Because every item is made to order, orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins.
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
